Return & Exchange

“Nani Shoes” is governed by the Law on Consumer Protection in matters of return and exchange of goods of good quality.

Exchange of model / color / size is possible. To do this, contact us through Direct / WA / Viber / Telegram or call us at the phone number specified in the contacts within the first two days after receiving the goods.

Good quality goods for which returns and exchanges are permitted may be returned if:

  • the product was not in use and does not have traces of use by the consumer: scratches, abrasions, stains, etc.;
  • the goods are fully equipped and factory packaging is preserved;
  • all shortcuts are saved;
  • the product retains its presentation and its consumer properties.

Shoes that were made to order for the customer are not refundable.

To exchange goods, you need to send us your order back. We will check the condition of the shoes, make sure that there are no signs of wearing, and send you the other necessary pair.

According to the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, a company may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories indicated in the current List of non-food goods of good quality, not subject to return and exchange.
