Payment and Warranty

What are the ways to pay for models out of stock?
– Payment online through the site (for all countries)

– Money transfer to a bank card (for residents of Ukraine / Russia) – when placing an order through Direct / Wa / Viber / Telegram

– Cash on delivery in “New mail” on prepaid 150 UAH (for residents of Ukraine)

– Cash payment upon purchase at our showroom in Dnepr

What are the payment methods for sewing shoes?

1) For Ukraine – an advance payment of 50% of the order amount on a bank card (when placing an order through Direct / WA / Viber / Telegram), online on the website or in cash in the showroom in Dnepr, the second part of the amount is paid by cash on delivery at the New Mail office or in cash at our showroom in Dnipro.

2) For Russia – 100% prepayment online on the website or on a Russian bank card (when placing an order through Direct / WA / Viber / Telegram).

3) Other countries – 100% prepayment online on the site.

Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes, the shoes guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If a defect or breakdown is found in the product during the warranty period, please contact us via Direct / WA / Viber / Telegram or call us at the telephone number indicated in the contacts. We will ask you to send the product back to us, check for a warranty case and make repairs at our expense or measure with our pair (if repair is not possible).

Warranty and defective products are not Footwear damaged as a result of improper use of shoes (scratches, scuffs, cuts, chemical damage, deformation, etc.), as well as a very worn condition of the product.

The size

How to understand what size do I need?
Our size grid and tips for taking measurements in the product description will help you to determine the size.

Can I order a size that is not in your size chart? 35 or 41, for example?
Unfortunately, while we accept orders only for the size grid from 36 to 40 size inclusive.
Do you have half sizes?
No Unfortunately.
Can I make changes to the model? Make a heel higher / lower, change the style / volume, etc.?
Unfortunately, we do not accept individual orders and we sew the model according to the existing patterns.
Is it possible to order a sewing model in a different color?
Yes, you can choose an alternative color for the model according to our color palette. To do this, write to us in Direct / WA / Viber / Telegram. Please note that orders for sewing a model in an alternative material are not accepted.

Order placement and terms

How long does it take to sew shoes?
In the presence of all necessary components, sewing takes 5-7 working days.
I placed an order for the wrong size / color / model. Can I make a change?

If your order has not yet been sent or has not begun to sew, then it is possible to make changes. Contact us via Direct / WA / Viber / Telegram or call us on the phone number indicated in the contacts and we will inform you the status of your order and, if possible, make changes.

I placed an order, but changed my mind. Can i cancel it?

Unfortunately, after order payment, it is impossible to refuse it. But we can exchange it for another model, for this, contact us through Direct / WA / Viber / Telegram or call us at the phone number indicated in the contacts.

Delivery, return/exchange

What is the cost of shipping?
Delivery cost in Ukraine is calculated according to “New Mail” tariffs, delivery cost to other countries is $ 25.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery time in Ukraine is 1-3 days (by New Mail), delivery to Russia is 3-7 days (KM Express), other countries – 2-3 weeks (Ukrposhta).
Is pickup possible in the showroom in Dnipro?
Oh sure. Our showroom is located at Sechevyh Streltsov St. 5a (3rd floor, office 305a). Schedule: Monday-Saturday, from 11:00 to 19:00.
In cases where the shoes color / size does not fit or if i want a different model, is it possible to make an exchange?
Yes, model / color / size exchange is possible. To do this, contact us through Direct / WA / Viber / Telegram or call us at the phone number specified in the contacts within the first two days after receiving the goods.
How to exchange?
To exchange goods, you need to send us your order back. We will check the condition of the shoes, make sure that there are no injuries or traces of use, and send you the other necessary pair.
